Rental Agreement & Terms

Responsibility & care

• The customer is responsible for rented bins and equipment from delivery until pickup.
• Items must be returned in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
• The customer is responsible for damage caused by misuse.
• The customer assumes the risk associated with using rented equipment.

Pickup readiness

• Bins must be empty, accessible, and ready for pickup on the scheduled date.
• Additional fees may apply if bins are not accessible or not ready.

Acceptable use

• Bins may not be used for hazardous materials, liquids without proper sealing, illegal contents, or damaging contents.

Replacement charges

Replacement charges may apply for damaged or missing items:

Late returns & extensions

Package size	Extension
20 bins	$40 / extra week · $7 / extra day
40 bins	$60 / extra week · $9 / extra day
60 bins	$80 / extra week · $12 / extra day

• If the customer needs more time, they should contact the business before pickup.
• If equipment is not returned within 30 days and no extension is arranged, it may be considered unreturned and replacement charges may apply.

Liability

• The business is not liable for injury or damage to personal property during use.
• The customer assumes the risk associated with using rented equipment.
